How to Book a Shipment Online and Track It by AWB in Saudi Arabia
Step by step: booking a pallet, box, envelope or full truck on the TQM Logistics portal, printing the label, reading the tax invoice, and tracking the shipment with its 12-digit AWB.

1. Say what you are sending
Pallet, Box, Envelope or FTL. For FTL pick the truck. Choose the class — dry, ambient or chilled — then From and To. Press Book Now.
2. Give the two addresses
City, district, street and contact for pickup and delivery. Paste a Google Maps link or drop the pin on the map so the driver arrives at the right door, not the right street.
3. Describe the cargo
Pieces, weight, dimensions if you have them, what is inside, and whether it is fragile. These set the chargeable weight and the label.
4. See the price, pay, get your AWB
The quote shows the lane price, VAT and transit time. Confirm, and the AWB is issued on the spot, together with a tax invoice. Print the label from the confirmation page and stick one on every piece.
5. Track it
Enter the AWB on the tracking page — or the home page — and follow the six steps from Booked to Delivered. My Bookings keeps every shipment; My Invoices keeps every invoice.
